Job Description:
1.Responsible for the system commissioning, installation, customer training, etc.
2.Manage the progress of the project and audit & analyze the gap of the progress. ensure the project is delivered on time
3.Perform trouble shooting and customer support
4.Responsible for the complaint from customer and satisfy customer's request
5.Develop competence in technical domain
6.Maintain customer relationships and ensure our delivery capabilities for customer projects
7.Complete other tasks assigned by the project manager
Job Requirements
1.Education of bachelor's degree and above
2.Telecom background, engaged in controller, Network commissioning, operation and maintenance, etc. DMR/TETRA/LTE experience will be more welcome
3.Understand IP/TCP network knowledge, be familiar with switch and firewall configuration, and be able to use Linux system well.
4.Have CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or HCIA/HCIP/HCIE will be best.
5.Minimum 3 years working experience
6.Teamwork and good communication skills across multiple teams.
7.Excellent communication and presentation skills in both oral and written English and Thai language .
8.Ability to work independently and respond to multiple and conflicting requests under tight deadlines and in a dynamic working environment.
