Job Description:
1.Responsible for the site survey, hardware installation supervision, system installation and commissioning, debugging, customer training, acceptance, etc.
2.Coordinate with customer/partner to manage the progress of the project activities and ensure the project is delivered on time.
3.Perform technical support, troubleshooting and after-sales support.
4.Responsible for the complaint from customer and satisfy customer's request.
5.Develop competence in technical domain.
6.Maintain customer relationships and ensure the professional delivery capabilities for customer.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
1.Education of bachelor's degree and above
2.Telecom background, engaged in base station installation, MySQL database installation, network configuration, operation and maintenance, etc. DMR/TETRA/LTE experience will be more welcome.
3.Understood IP/TCP network knowledge, be familiar with switch and firewall and configuration, and be able to use Linux system well.
4.Have CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or HCIA/HCIP/HCIE will be best.
5.Minimum 3 years working experience
6.Teamwork and good communication skills across multiple teams.
7.Excellent communication and presentation skills in both oral and written English and Thai language .
8.Ability to work independently and respond to multiple and conflicting requests under tight deadlines and in a dynamic working environment. Have PMP certificate will be best.
