Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads to promote discounted vacation packages
- Build rapport with prospective clients over the phone
- Match guests with suitable holiday options based on their preferences
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Meet and exceed performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication skills in Japanese
- Friendly, confident, and enthusiastic personality
- Active listening and questioning skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Flexible availability (5 days/week)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (potential monthly earnings from 60,000 THB to 120,000 THB subject to individual performance))
