Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Tele Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and pipeline development for BIM (Building Information Modeling) within the construction and infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, resilient, and skilled in engaging potential clients through cold calling and lead qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong top-of-funnel sales pipeline
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and fit
- Progress prospects through different stages of the sales funnel
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion KPIs
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in engineering / industrial studies, or related field
- 1–3 years of outbound B2B calling experience, preferably within CAD, design software, Engineering / Simulation Software or ERP
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and SaaS solutions is an added advantage
- Good understanding of the construction or infrastructure industry
- Fluent in English and a Thai language
