Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the business team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new orders and renewals.
  • Develop and optimize sales and service SOPs, sales techniques, and workflow processes based on local market conditions and customer needs.
  • Oversee team management and training; set clear training directions and cultivate a proactive, positive, optimistic, and results-oriented mindset within the team.
  • Enhance user satisfaction, expand customer resources, and ensure the team meets monthly referral sales targets.
  • Participate in regular meetings and training sessions; complete sales reports and other assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional departments to improve operational efficiency and overall workflow.Collaborate with the HR department in recruiting and selecting team members.Qualifications

Qulification

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the education industry or Internet telemarketing/customer service management, with a team of more than 10 people.
  • Strong personal sales ability and be able to achieve and exceed personal sales goals.
  • Active, positive, optimistic, positive thinking, result-oriented thinking mode, good logical thinking ability, adaptability and anti-stress ability.
  • Good communication and management skills can motivate team members to achieve their goals.
  • Be sensitive to business data and have the ability to analyze market development.
