Responsible for managing the Telesales team to achieve target and ensure that the sales process is effective and in accordance with the principles of the OIC.
Analyze and develop team to work efficiently and supervise team in all aspect including maintaining confidential customer information.
Develop and supervise Project Manager to coaching team and provide sales services satisfying to customer.
Responsible for managing the daily and monthly working plan to achieve the sales target both short and long term.
Survey, analyze, and monitor the competition of the market to improve in order to continually increase efficiency.
Responsible for managingthe sales team to ensure smooth and accurate daily work according to the OIC procedures.
Provide appropriate working tools and encourage training to team.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports including analyzing on a regular basis.
Create sales campaigns and related activities.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, General Management or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Telesales Management or Insurance Business.
Experience in Telesales Management, Telesales Team Leader or Sales Management.
