The Telesales role is responsible for engaging seller on e-commerce platforms through outbound calls, proposing marketing and promotional campaign, and providing on-going support throughout the campaign period.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to seller on e-commerce platforms to propose marketing and promotional campaign
- Clearly explain campaign details, benefits and requirement in English
- Build and maintain good relationship with sellers
- Follow up with interested sellers and manage them throughout the entire campaign period
- Provide continuous support to sellers via chat and phone calls until the campaign ends
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Records call results, seller feedback and campaign status accurately in the system
Qualifications
- Experience as Key Account in the e-commerce industry or experience as a Telesales Representative in the BPO Industry
- Experience of working in high transactional role, in a KPI driven environment
- Bachelor s degree or at least Diploma
- Thai speaker and B2 English level
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work rotational shifts
