Roles and Responsible

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner.

Deal with queries and provide correct information.

Forward calls to the appropriate person.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

Handling Meeting & Event coordination both internally and externally.

Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.

Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.

Day-to-day operation work.

Handle all follow-up calls & support coordination with the team.

Skills Excellent communication and listening skills.
