Temp Call Centre Assistant - 12 an hour - HSN - WEST

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: WEST
Pay: $12 an hour
Duration: 3 Months
Working Hours: Monday to Fridays, 8:30am to 6 pm

Responsibilities:

• Process point-to-point (P2P) bookings and respond to related enquiries promptly and accurately.
• Provide service recovery and handle initial stakeholder feedback in line with operational procedures.
• Support additional operational functions as required and perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Prior Customer service experience is an advantage
• Able to handle difficult customers
