We're looking for a passionate, detail-oriented individual to join our Curation Team, helping shape a thoughtful and vibrant tenant community across our locations: Thonglor, Saladaeng, and our exciting new site at Cloud 11.
Role Overview:
In this role, you'll help discover and onboard vendors who truly care about what they do whether it's serving honest, delicious food, creating inspiring lifestyle concepts, or curating experiences that bring people closer. You'll also support live music bookings and various experience-driven projects that strengthen the spirit of community at theCOMMONS.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Curation Director in identifying and onboarding potential tenants who align with our values from researching promising brands to coordinating meetings, tastings, and follow-ups.
- Develop a deep understanding of our community's needs to help curate a well-balanced and wholesome tenant mix across all locations.
- Manage key vendor touchpoints from initial conversations through to document processing, lease coordination, and seamless onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Branding, Community) to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency throughout the leasing and onboarding process.
- Assist in curating experiences including booking live music, supporting special projects, and sourcing items that enrich our communal spaces and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (a background in Hospitality, Communications, or related disciplines is a plus)
- 13 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or curation support roles
- Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills fluent in both Thai and English
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Notion
- Adaptable, curious, and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment
- A genuine passion for food, lifestyle, and community-driven spaces is a strong advantage
