Tenant Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with tenants to boost sales and foot traffic
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Leasing) and tenants to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Support promotional activities, events, and seasonal campaigns within the mall
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (traffic, sales, engagement)
• Manage tenant-related marketing materials (in-mall media, signage, online content)
• Conduct market and competitor research to enhance marketing strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Retail, or Shopping Mall business
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Creative mindset with good understanding of consumer behavior
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in events or campaign management is a plus
