Tencent Cloud - Thailand/Indonesia AI-Native Cloud Solution Architect

As a senior solution architect of Tencent Cloud Asia-Pacific Region 2, you will support the scaled growth of Tencent Cloud's Southeast Asia businesses in Thailand and Indonesia. This is a composite solution architect role: you will be deeply involved in local customer business, using Tencent Cloud solutions and AI product skills to efficiently drive customer business growth. On a daily basis, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, marketing, and post-sales. For Southeast Asia customers — especially local SVIP customers — across Tencent Cloud IaaS migration, Tencent Cloud AI product solution expansion, and advantageous areas such as big data and audio/video, you will accelerate project wins and final delivery. Initially based at the Shenzhen HQ office, with business trips to Southeast Asia; after the work visa is approved, you will need to be permanently stationed in Bangkok or Jakarta.

Main Responsibilities

1. Serve as the customer's technical consulting expert. Lead Tencent Cloud pre-sales analysis, bidding document authoring, and customer solution communication, and strive to obtain support from the customer's technical decision-making level.

2. Deeply explore and follow up on the landing of customer needs. Combined with Tencent Cloud public cloud, private cloud, container, big data, audio/video, AI and other product capabilities, design technical solutions for Thailand/Indonesia SVIP customers and follow up on delivery, continuously strengthening differentiated competitive advantages.

3. Possess an AI-Native perspective, be proficient in Tencent Cloud AI product knowledge and effectively promote it. Use AI capabilities to complete project POCs and demos, accelerate migration and delivery, and monitor SVIP customer business quality.

4. Promote scaled business growth in key markets. On a daily basis, collect real feedback and industry common needs from Thailand/Indonesia customers, and drive continuous iteration and optimization of cloud products and AI tools.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in computer science, information technology, telecommunications engineering and other related fields are preferred.

2. 5+ years of experience in cloud computing pre-sales or solution-related work, covering pre-sales research, bidding document authoring, POC implementation, delivery acceptance, and other project phases.

3. Familiar with mainstream public cloud platforms, such as Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.

4. Have experience using AI technology to assist and drive projects; familiar with at least one AI Agent application and have effectively applied it in work.

5. Extremely strong pressure resistance and resilience. Proactively tackle project technical risks and AI implementation challenges, with no shirking or escaping. Take real business results as the sole orientation, and refuse to stay only at paper-level solutions.

6. Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration ability; fluent English with no barriers to business communication; adapt to the collaboration rhythm of multi-country teams. Thai or Indonesian language proficiency is preferred.

7. Strong proactive collaboration awareness; willing to undertake cross-department collaborative work, with no division of work boundaries, and project success as the core goal.
