Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate and prepare tender submissions in accordance with Sandoz policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain and update tender documentation, including pricing, product specifications, and legal documents.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, etc.) to gather required information for tender submissions.
  • Monitor tender announcements and ensure timely response to opportunities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of tender activities, outcomes, and competitor information.
  • Support post-tender activities including contract management and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external audit requirements.

Essential Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in tender management or a related function within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written), with confidence in engaging cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Desirable Requirements

  • Prior experience in drug inventory management or drug purchasing within a hospital setting would be advantageous
