Job Summary
This role will be responsible for managing all tender-related activities, tender pricing, ensuring timely and compliant submissions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support our commercial goals. The ideal candidate has experience in pharmaceutical tendering, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of Thailand's healthcare procurement landscape.
Duties and responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to identify and pursue new tender opportunities and competitive tender pricing.
- Monitor tender announcements, submission deadlines, and result notifications form government bodies, hospitals, and procurement platforms.
- Tender training and work closely with Sales team to ensure tender knowledge , product specification, competitors management and readiness for submission.
- Generate reports and provide analysis on tender performance, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (RA, QA SCM, PM, SM and MR) to compile, Maintain, update internal tender document and tracking tools and submit accurate tender dossiers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in tender management with hospital procurement system is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Thailand's healthcare procurement and public and private healthcare tender processes in Thailand (e.g., GPO, e-bidding )
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in English, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) , Pivot table is a must.
- Good communication skills
