Location: Thailand

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop business plan to optimize sales and profits.
  • Implement strategies and action plan.
  • Co-work with Strategic Accounts Managers to establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts for profitable sales growth (prospect accounts and existing accounts)
  • Co-work with Territory Managers to enhance distribution partners and network to achieve sales growth and market penetration (grow market share)
  • Grow sales and meet revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per customer and by identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement pricing strategies.
  • Enhance product coverage.
  • Develops and maintains market share information and competitive data to be used in the development of market, product, strategic and annual plans.

Education Qualification

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Material or its equivalent.

Technical Competence & Skills

  • Good negotiation, influencing and follow up skills.
  • Technical selling.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and team building skills and techniques are required.
  • Consistent achievement of sales goals.
  • Proven ability to manage major programs and major customer penetration and account maintenance is required.
  • Technical sales experience and/or possess strong technical aptitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize customer needs.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills are also required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or related CRM systems.

  • Managing and measuring work.
  • Influencing others.
  • Good business acumen
  • Managing up and across (Sharing of information with management)

Relevant Experience

  • At least 5 years of Technical Selling experience in related industry or products.
  • Proven track record in managing New Business Development.

Others

  • Thai and English is a must.
  • Conversant in multiple SEA Asian languages would be a plus.
  • Extensive travel required.
