Territory Sales Manager (m/f/d) Thailand
Your Strength
- 510 years of experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in vascular or cardiac catheter-based therapies
- At least 2 years of experience in Endovascular or Cardiac product sales with case support
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences preferred
- Strong clinical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with hospital stakeholders
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and solutions-oriented
- Self-disciplined and organized with the ability to take full ownership of business goals
- Eager to continuously develop skills and clinical knowledge
- Flexible working style, available for irregular hours and emergency procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to travel extensively across the territory
Your Contribution
- Achieve sales and market share targets across the Cardiac Surgery and Endovascular portfolio
- Provide exceptional clinical case support and patient-centric consultation
- Deliver product and procedural training to customers and distributor partners
- Monitor hospital systems and ensure timely product listing and availability
- Build strong relationships with decision makers, KOLs, and clinical stakeholders
- Plan and execute in-territory marketing activities and virtual initiatives when needed
- Identify and act on business development opportunities with distributors
- Maintain deep knowledge of competitive landscape and inform commercial strategies
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Global teams to drive success
