Job Description

Territory: Northern Thailand

Based in: Chiang Mai Province

Report to: Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
  • Forecast sales, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to execute product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure product visibility, merchandising standards.
  • Train and support sales teams or distributors in achieving territory objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and responsible alcohol sales practices.
  • Address and resolve customer issues to maintain strong business relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial sales experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Experience in the Alcoholic Beverage Industry is preferred.
  • Experience with both on-trade (bars, restaurants) and off-trade (retail, supermarkets) channels is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong ability to drive sales targets and increase market share.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, challenging environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, People management and Team leadership.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
