Territory: Northern Thailand
Based in: Chiang Mai Province
Report to: Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
- Forecast sales, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to execute product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure product visibility, merchandising standards.
- Train and support sales teams or distributors in achieving territory objectives.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and responsible alcohol sales practices.
- Address and resolve customer issues to maintain strong business relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial sales experience in the FMCG sector.
- Experience in the Alcoholic Beverage Industry is preferred.
- Experience with both on-trade (bars, restaurants) and off-trade (retail, supermarkets) channels is an advantage.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong ability to drive sales targets and increase market share.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, challenging environments.

- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
