Position: Territory Sales Manager(Southern)
Location : Southern (TCB - based in Surat Thani, Songkla)
Budget: up to 50K
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage account plans for Retail sites and corporate customers within assigned territories
- Deliver financial performance targets, including profitability and key operational KPIs
- Monitor monthly performance and implement action plans to close gaps and drive growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Grow customer portfolio through partnerships, fleet acquisition, and strategic engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and maximize asset utilization
- Ensure accurate billing, reconciliation, and timely collection from customers
- Manage customer credit in accordance with company policies and maintain financial discipline
- Maintain high operational standards and customer experience across sites
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
- Track and improve KPIs to achieve operational excellence
- Support business development initiatives to strengthen retail and card/fleet segments
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous business improvement
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles
- Experience in retail, fuel, fleet card, or related industries is an advantage
Skills and Competencies
- Strong business acumen with understanding of financial concepts such as P&L management
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Thai and good command of English
(TOEIC 600+)
- Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships and business networks
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel upcountry approximately 15–20 days per month
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle required
