Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project needs
- Plan and manage resources to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure all milestones are achieved as planned
- Coach and support engineers to improve their technical capabilities
- Act as the main technical contact for customers
- Understand customer requirements and convert them into clear testing plans
- Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality
- Prepare and present project updates, technical reports, and solutions
- Create detailed test plans based on project requirements
- Define testing concepts, procedures, and cost estimates
- Lead the design and development of structural and functional test solutions
- Oversee the full test development process, from concept to final validation
- Develop and maintain test programs using Python and other tools
- Ensure all testing activities follow safety standards and operational guidelines
- Conduct analysis, experiments, and research to propose effective technical solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in test development (structural and functional) within the electronics industry
- Strong programming skills, especially in Python
- Good understanding of test systems, fixtures, and hardware/software integration
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve test performance
- Proven experience leading teams and managing engineering projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills across different departments
- Good level of English communication
