Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure timely project delivery, coordinate projects, clarify requirements, and develop test proposals.
- Qualify and ensure high-standard test methodologies in accordance with customer specifications, while anticipating and implementing improved test solutions.
- Manage a team of Hardware and Software Development Engineers to implement the approved test methodology.
- Manage and plan tasks for all Test Software Development Engineers.
- Lead and develop the Test Development team toward higher levels of capability and performance.
- Continuously explore new software technologies and skills to enhance existing standards and capabilities.
- Design and establish high standards for hardware and software usability, with a focus on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) where applicable.
- Design Hardware and Software Architecture to optimize development efficiency and shorten development lead time.
- Take responsibility for and support the completion of Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance Buy-Off with customers.
- Maintain the intellectual property of developed hardware and software and ensure proper storage and control of all designs and source code.
Qualifications: Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Test Development with strong expertise in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS).
- Skills: Excellent English communication and strong management skills.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office and LabVIEW
