Drive quality through test cases, manual/system testing, defect analysis, and QA framework implementation in an agile, impact-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review of requirements and design documents (BRD, FSD, TSD) from testing point of view
- Develop test cases and execute manual testing based on user requirements
- Conduct functional testing, regression testing, system integration testing (SIT) for each component, system, application and integration product
- Works with business to write test cases for business users to execute
- Analyze, interpret and report test results (defects, bugs) for verification and validation
- Provide feedback to development and system design teams based on test results
- Create, update, approve and implement overall technology Quality Assurance Framework (QAF)
Qualification and Experience Required :
- Experienced in the role of a Test Engineer, QA, Automated Test Engineer, Software Test Engineer or related field
- Strong understanding of multiple software applications design tools and languages
- Able to perform development, testing and debugging work
- Proven technical aptitude in one or more application programming domains, or T-shaped skills
- Ability to work in an agile development environment
