Description
The Test Program Manager – Private Banking will be responsible for leading the test strategy and execution for various banking products in the Southeast Asia region. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of test programs within the Private Banking sector in Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various banking products and services.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and overall quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in testing processes.
- Conduct training and workshops for team members on testing methodologies and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 9-15 years of experience in test management or program management in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficient in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent understanding of banking products, services, and compliance regulations in Southeast Asia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of testers and quality assurance professionals.
