About The Role
This position is that take responsible of keep mass production project running well in testing related.
What You Will Do
- Support TE & EE team to hand over new project and work with global site to transfer the project to local site on testing related process, equipment.
- Support manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging, reduce intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment.
- FPY improvement to meet department KPI.
- Testing / Flashing equipment setup, maintenance & repair.
What You Need To Be Successful
- Education: Diploma/High Vocational in Manufacturing / Industry / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
- Experience: Five years or more experience in EMS Electronic manufacturing as Testing Technician.
- Be a strong communicator and excellent team builder.
- Good experience in testing and software flashing area.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Electronic circuit board analysis knowledge, able to read schematic
- Experience on testing manufacturing
- Experience on Automotive standard such as VDA, AIAG, ISO/IATF16949.
- Experience for the test program setup, basic debugging.
- Experience for Vision system, Functional tester of Audio signal.
