Scope of Work
- Empower clients to maximize the potential of Teachme Biz through engaging training sessions and creative usage recommendations
- Provide top-notch customer support in Thai and English across various channels (onsite meeting, online meeting, email, phone, LINE, etc)
- Drive customer satisfaction and success through proactive follow-ups and consultations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support materials and product localization
Qualifications
- Experience in operational efficiency improvement, workflow optimization, and process evaluation
- Strong communication, client management, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and provide impactful recommendations
- Proficiency in Thai and English is required
- Digital tools knowledge and adaptability to technology are preferred
- Leadership capability, ability to work independently, and project management skills
- Experience working with clients or in a consulting environment is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with SaaS or technology-related fields (a plus)
