Job Description
- Relationship & Community (Business Development Focus)
Building and managing partnerships with Influencers, KOLs, and Brand Ambassadors.
- Key Scopes: Identify and acquire high-potential KOLs via targeted searches; manage celebrity negotiations and brand ambassador relationships; design social media strategies for the Affiliate community; drive initiatives to increase partner sales (GMV).
2: Operations & Execution (Tactical Focus)
The Back-end engine that makes our massive campaigns run smoothly.
- Key Scopes: Execute end-to-end campaign setups (vouchers, promotions, and games); manage platform visibility and in-app assets; coordinate with Finance and Legal for affiliate payments; oversee push notifications and EDM delivery.
3: Growth & Analytics (Performance Focus)
Using data and technical tools to bring more users to Shopee.
- Key Scopes: Analyze traffic sources and user lifecycle metrics; optimize SEO content and metadata to improve search rankings; manage paid advertising campaigns and monitor budget pacing; analyze livestream performance to recommend improvement plans.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Fresh Graduates are the primary target for this program).
- Communication: Strong command of Thai and English; comfortable with professional coordination.
- Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends.
- Mindset: A can-do attitude, proactive, and willing to learn from the ground up.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
