Job Description

  • With the mission of Unleashing the potential of the manufacturing industry, CADDi strives to create a world that can realize each manufacturer's strength to create a flat, non-hierarchical relationship between customers and manufacturers

  • We welcome those who can share CADDi's mission, vision, and culture

    • Solution Architecture: Analyze complex customer workflows to identify gaps and introduce potential use cases where CADDI can provide immediate value
  • Value Engineering & ROI

    • Business Case Development: Help customers build internal buy-in by translating technical features into executive-level business outcomes
  • Account Management & Engagement
    • Relationship Building: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, including Procurement Heads, Engineering Managers, and CTOs
    • Continuous Engagement: Proactively check in with accounts to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure the solution remains aligned with their evolving business goals
    • Customer Advocacy: Act as a liaison between the customer and our Product team to ensure user feedback informs our future roadmap
  • Product & Domain Expertise
