Operation Excellence team is the brain of the warehouse. We don't just move boxes; we design the systems and strategies that make Shopee's logistics the best in the country. We are looking for fresh graduates to help us improve our performance, design new layouts, and test the latest warehouse technology.
Job Description
What You Will Get to Do:
This is a broad role where you will support many high-impact projects. Depending on your skills, you will help with:
- Strategy & Growth: Collect data to help us plan for the future. You'll look at how to increase productivity and lower costs for every item we handle.
- Performance Tracking (KPIs): Help set targets for different warehouses. You will monitor how they are doing and help struggling teams get back on track.
- Warehouse Design & Automation: Help design the map of our warehouse (layout) and plan for cool technology like conveyors and sorting machines.
- Cost Management: Work on budgets and find ways to save money, such as planning the right number of staff (manpower) or reducing waste.
- Tech & Innovation: Be the first to test new software features in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and give feedback on how to make them better.
- Safety & Facilities: Ensure our workplace is safe (HSSE) and help manage the building and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
- Fresh Graduates: You have a degree in Engineering (Industrial preferred), Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Analytical Mind: You love looking at data and using it to find solutions. You are comfortable with Excel.
- Creative Problem Solver: You always ask Is there a better way to do this
- Good Communicator: You can explain complex ideas simply and work well with different teams.
- Active & Hands-on: You are happy to spend time in the warehouse to see how things work in real life.
