Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Thai Language Expert who is fluent in both Thai and English to support translation, localization, and communication needs. The ideal candidate will ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance across all content.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate documents, emails, and other materials between Thai and English with high accuracy
- Proofread and edit translated content to maintain quality and consistency
- Provide real-time interpretation support when required (meetings, calls, etc.)
- Localize content to suit Thai cultural and linguistic nuances
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, product, etc.)
- Maintain translation glossaries and style guides
- Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Thai
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in translation, interpretation, or localization
- Excellent grammar, writing, and proofreading skills
- Attention to detail and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Thai Studies, or related field
- Certification in translation/interpretation (preferred)
