About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Thai Language Expert to support the development of AI models by ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and creative adaptability in Thai. In this role, you will craft high-quality written content, evaluate human- and AI-generated text, and contribute to projects that advance AIs understanding of language and culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate, engaging, and contextually appropriate written responses in Thai for a variety of prompts.
- Evaluate and review both human- and AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, clarity, safety, and cultural alignment.
- Provide detailed linguistic assessments, focusing on style, nuance, bias, clarity, and intent.
- Conduct peer reviews of linguistic contributions to maintain consistency and quality.
- Design creative content such as prompts, role-play scenarios, games, and thought experiments to test and challenge AI capabilities.
- Explore cultural aspects of Thai language use, including idioms, humor, irony, and traditions.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Thai with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong English-language communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in Thai writing, editing, or content creation with command over tone, style, and genre.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai culture, idioms, humor, and societal nuances.
- Experience in linguistics, translation, teaching, or language-related projects preferred.
- Ability to analyze and refine text for clarity, engagement, and accuracy.
- Willingness to complete a Thai writing skills assessment during the selection process.
