Thai Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Identify and acquire new merchants, partners, and channels within the payment ecosystem
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching,negotiating, to closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Tech) to ensure smooth onboarding and integration
• Analyze transaction volume, revenue performance, and market trends
• Monitor regulatory requirements related to payment services
• Prepare proposals, commercial models, and regular performance reports
• Strong commitment to achieving and exceeding assigned sales and revenue targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a payment company
• Strong knowledge of acquiring, payout, e-wallet, cross-border settlement, or payment gateway services
• Proven track record in merchant acquisition and revenue generation
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Good understanding of compliance and risk management in payment services
• Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with banks, fintech, or international payment networks
• Experience handling high-risk merchants or cross-border transactions
