About the Company

We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team in Chiang Mai. In this role, you will assist Thai-speaking customers by providing timely, accurate, and friendly support through phone, chat, email, and social platforms. You will help resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-oriented and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team in Chiang Mai. In this role, you will assist Thai-speaking customers by providing timely, accurate, and friendly support through phone, chat, email, and social platforms. You will help resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure high-quality and professional communication at all times.
  • Log interactions and update customer records in the system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
  • Maintain good customer satisfaction scores and meet service level targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Thai nationality with strong communication skills in Thai.
  • Basic to good English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience preferred (Freshers also welcome).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts (if required).
  • Basic computer literacy (typing, CRM, email, chat tools).

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills in Thai.
  • Basic to good English communication skills.
  • Customer service or call center experience.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with CRM and chat tools.
