Thai Speaking Sales Officer (Entry Level)

Our experienced and knowledgeable sales team is dedicated to providing the best equipment and expert advice for divers, snorkelers, and water sports enthusiasts.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Phuket, for a Thai Speaking Sales Officer (Entry Level) at Aquamaster Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting customers as they enter our business. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right diving products within our store.

Working from our office, you will play a crucial role in managing the sales process. This includes collecting orders from our direct customers, overseeing the order processing stages, and ensuring a smooth and timely delivery of goods. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will contribute to the overall success of our store.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields or work experience equivalent
• Prior experience in Sales or Customer Service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous sales track record is an advantage (Preferably with diving equipment)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in the scuba diving industry is a plus

Phuket-based position, Immediate start with 3 months paid probation

Permanent position after successful completion of probation

Great package based on Fix Salary + Commissions

5 day work week (Mon to Sat) during High season Low Season Mon to Friday (June to September included)
