Job Overview:
A rapidly expanding retail organization is seeking qualified Licensed Thai Traditional Medicine Practitioners to support professional consultation services, regulatory compliance, and customer education within a highly regulated consumer wellness environment. This role offers the opportunity to combine traditional medical expertise with modern retail operations, ensuring customers receive accurate consultation, responsible product guidance, and a high standard of professional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Governance & Compliance: Serve as the designated on-site licensed practitioner, ensuring all store operations and product recommendations strictly adhere to the Thai Traditional Medical Council's regulations and laws.
- Expert Consultations: Conduct comprehensive pre-purchase consultations to assess customer suitability, evaluate potential contraindications, and provide tailored dosage and usage recommendations.
- Documentation & Quality Control: Maintain meticulous records of consultations and services provided, ensuring all data entry meets both internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with the retail team to elevate the standard of customer education, providing them with the insights needed to improve the overall service journey.
- Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for branch inspections conducted by relevant health authorities, ensuring the facility remains audit-ready at all times.
- Knowledge Development: Contribute to the creation of standardized consultation guidelines, educational content, and internal training materials to foster continuous professional growth within the team.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and escalate compliance or safety-related concerns to management to maintain a secure and reputable operating environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Licensure: A valid professional license in Thai Traditional Medicine (เวชกรรมไทย) or Applied Thai Traditional Medicine (แพทย์แผนไทยประยุกต์) is mandatory.
- Registration: Must maintain current registration with the Thai Traditional Medical Council.
- Clinical Expertise: Proven experience in a regulated healthcare or wellness environment, with the ability to translate complex medical concepts into clear, actionable advice for customers.
- Communication Excellence: High level of professional poise with strong interpersonal skills; ability to deliver service-minded consultations within a legal framework.
- Data Integrity: A solid understanding of PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) and best practices for handling sensitive customer health information.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing digital tools, including POS systems, internal reporting applications, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Thai is required; conversational or professional English is highly preferred to serve an international clientele.
- Experience: Previous exposure to luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end wellness clinics will be considered a significant advantage.
