DataArc.AI is a Hong Kong-based high-tech company specializing in advanced voice AI solutions. We provide top-tier Thai ASR and TTS models and, in collaboration with Huawei Cloud, serve clients in call centers, telecommunications, as well as the audio and video sectors.
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to expand our presence in Thailand by building key partnerships and delivering innovative AI voice solutions to enterprise clients.
Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for business development in the Thai market, with a focus on establishing and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships with local clients and partners.
· Deeply explore the needs of clients, and promote the implementation and scalable application of the company's products and services.
· Maintain key account relationships, and respond promptly to customer needs.
· Participate in and follow up on the entire business process, including client visits, solution demonstrations, business negotiations, contract signing, and subsequent delivery coordination.
· Monitor Thailand's telecommunications, IT, and digital policies and market trends, collect competitor information, and assist in formulating localized market strategies.
· Regularly achieve sales targets and complete performance reports, continuously driving revenue growth.
✅ Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
· Independent insights into the commercialization of voice AI models (existing client connections are a plus).
· Over 2 years of experience in IT Sales, Software, or Tech Consulting.
· Strong passion for AI and a willingness to use various AI tools daily.
· Strong pitching, negotiation, and storytelling abilities. Fluent in English with strong communication skills (Chinese is a plus, but not required).
· Results-oriented, proactive, and quick to learn.
Compensation & Benefits
· 150,000 to 200,000 Thai Baht per month
