I. Local Operations of the Representative Office
1. Daily administrative and office management
Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the representative office, including office area management, procurement and maintenance of local supplies, inventory management, environmental hygiene supervision, and security assurance.
2. Local compliance and license management
Comply strictly with Thai local laws and regulations, handling business registration, tax filing, license maintenance, renewal, and annual inspections for the representative office. Coordinate with local government departments and regulatory authorities to ensure operational compliance.
3. financial and tax coordination
Assist the headquarters finance team in managing local financial operations, including account reconciliation, payment arrangements, and tax filing documentation preparation. Coordinate with local accounting firms to ensure compliance with Thailand's fiscal and tax regulations.
4. Human Resource Support
To support the representative office's operational needs, we assist in recruiting local staff, handle labor contract signing, social insurance and housing fund contributions, work visa and residence permit applications, organize employee training, and maintain harmonious labor relations to ensure stable team operations.
5. Culture and localization adaptation
Deeply understand Thai cultural customs and business practices, drive localization of internal management systems, products, services, and marketing activities, and enhance team-market integration.
II. Product Promotion and Brand Building
6. Assisted in developing and executing product promotion strategies and brand campaigns for the local Thai market, including industry exhibitions, product launches, and online/offline marketing initiatives to boost the visibility of our products/services in Thailand.
7. Collect the product information, price dynamics, marketing methods of the market and competitors, analyze and give feedback to the company, and provide reference for product optimization and market strategy adjustment.
8. Introduce the features, advantages, and usage methods of our products/services to customers, answer their inquiries, provide professional product recommendations, and enhance their understanding and trust in our offerings.
9. Maintain close daily communication with customers, regularly visit them to provide timely feedback on their opinions and suggestions, coordinate internal resources to resolve customer issues, maintain good customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote long-term stable cooperation.
III. Compliance and Risk Management
1. Strictly comply with local Thai laws, regulations, business practices, and company policies to ensure all business activities are conducted in full compliance with legal requirements.
2. It can identify, evaluate and warn the potential risks in business cooperation, such as credit risk and market risk, and help to take corresponding risk prevention measures.
IV. Language and Culture
1. Possess fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Thai, English and Chinese, and be proficient in using the three languages for business communication, negotiation and document processing.
2. Understand the cultural customs, business etiquette and social environment of Thailand, flexibly deal with various situations in cross-cultural communication, avoid misunderstanding and conflict caused by cultural differences, and promote the smooth progress of business activities.
