Thailand Community Project Lead

W3GG IS EXPANDING IN THAILAND

We're looking for a Thailand Community Project Lead to help grow our presence and drive community-building efforts across the country

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

:- Act as the regional lead for Thailand, overseeing all community-related initiatives in the country both online and in real life

.- Lead and manage the Thailand Community Manager, Moderator and any future local hires or contractors

.- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, universities, guilds, gaming partners and influencers in the Thai gaming and Web3 ecosystem

.- Identify collaboration opportunities with local partners and execute initiatives that align with W3GG's goals

.- Represent W3GG in local events, forums, or discussions when needed

.- Work closely with the central Community department to align on campaigns, performance tracking, and brand consistency

.- Provide regular updates and insights from the Thailand market to help inform company-wide strategy

Requirements

:- Based in Thailand, fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken)

.- Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, partnerships, or marketing preferably in the gaming, tech, or Web3 industry

.- Proven leadership or team management experience

.- Strong understanding of the Thai gaming ecosystem and Web3 trends

.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills someone who can build trust and rapport with different kinds of community partners

.- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a cross-cultural, remote-first environment
