About the role:

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok in the Sport Fashion retail industry. You will manage product launches, promotions, daily store operations, and collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to drive sales growth and improve customer experience. Strong analytical skills, e-commerce expertise, and excellent communication are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for whole achievement of sales targets of the E-commerce platform (Shopee Lazada Tiktok etc.)
  • Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and other internal parties to develop and manage each product launch, key events, and promotions; fully aligned with branding and global guidance.
  • Supervise E-commerce stores to ensure the perfect execution of sales plan and daily operations.
  • Review store performance, analyze trends and propose promotional efforts to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive effective and smooth communication with E-commerce platform category managers, channel managers and project contacts to win resource for new product launch and key events as well as to keep positive relationship with platforms.
  • Ensure the best consumer experiences of E-commerce platforms via efficient co-working with merchandising, site merchandising, paid media, content marketing, platform leaders and external agency to improve conversion and ROI continuously.
  • Work with internal and external platforms legal teams to beat illegal actions on 3rd party platforms.
  • Support to launch and manage new 3rd party platforms to drive continuous growth for ANTA E-Commerce.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibility as may assign by the Management from time to time or as when necessary for the effective realizations of the job purpose.
  • During the course of your duties there will be occasions when the nature of your work will be confidential and under no circumstances may this be discussed within, or outside the office with persons who are not entitled to such information. Breach of this requirement will constitute grounds for immediate disciplinary action or cessation of employment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok preferred).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, profit and loss (P&L) management, and performance marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; experience with marketplace dashboards and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
