About the role:

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets for the Salomon brand on E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Formulate, recommend, and implement sales forecasts, plans, strategies, and promotions related to the overall operation and management of the online stores.
  • Manage daily online store operations, including inventory coverage, price approval, product photography requirements, new SKU uploads, and optimization of underperforming SKUs.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and other internal teams to develop and manage product launches, key events, and promotions, ensuring full alignment with branding and global guidelines.
  • Support the execution of the Brand's digital sales strategy in alignment with the overall omnichannel sales strategy, brand vision, and sustainability commitments.
  • Assist the Head of E-commerce Dept. in developing, implementing, and enhancing E-commerce strategy and website functionality.
  • Be accountable for achieving E-commerce goals within your assigned scope.
  • Review store performance, analyze trends, and propose promotional initiatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong communication with E-commerce platform for new product launches and key events, while maintaining positive platform relationships.
  • Ensure the best consumer experience across e-commerce platforms by collaborating effectively with merchandising, site merchandising, paid media, content marketing, platform leaders, and external agencies to continuously improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time, as necessary for the effective performance of the role.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion. Sharing such information with unauthorized parties, internally or externally, will be considered grounds for disciplinary action or termination of employment.
  • Perform any other tasks as directed by your direct supervisor.
