Thailand Factory Operations Manager

Location: Ang Thong, Thailand

Oriental Yuhong is a leading building materials manufacturer listed in China, committed to global business expansion and manufacturing development. We are now looking for a Thailand Factory Operations Manager to join our team in Ratchaburi, Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead factory construction, setup, and operational management in Thailand

Coordinate plant planning, equipment installation, and project progress

Manage daily factory operations, production, and site management

Support local team building, recruitment, and employee management

Ensure compliance with local laws, safety standards, and company policies

Coordinate communication between local teams and headquarters

Support continuous improvement in operational efficiency and cost control

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above

Experience in factory construction, manufacturing operations, or industrial project management

Experience in building materials, manufacturing, or industrial companies is preferred

Strong communication and coordination skills

Fluent English is preferred

Thai language ability is highly preferred

Chinese language ability is a plus

Willing to work long-term in Thailand
