Role Description:

This is a short-term, remote consultation opportunity for a Senior Retail/Category Expert with deep expertise in the Ice Cream Category at 7-Eleven Thailand (CP ALL). The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic insights into 7-Eleven's product selection and elimination criteria for the Thai ice cream market. You will share your expertise regarding the decision-making process for major ice cream brands (e.g., Wall's, Nestle, Cremo) and how new products are evaluated and introduced to the shelves. (Note: This is a paid expert interview/consulting project, not a full-time operations role.)

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in the convenience store or retail industry in Thailand, with at least 2 years specifically focused on the Ice Cream category at 7-Eleven (CP ALL).
• Title/Level: Manager, Senior Buyer, Category Manager, or above.
• Key Expertise: Proven experience as a decision-maker or key influencer in selecting, launching, or eliminating new ice cream products.
• Brand Relations: Hands-on experience dealing with key ice cream brands such as Wall's, Nestle, and Cremo.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of 7-Eleven's internal decision-making criteria, listing/delisting processes, and market dynamics in Thailand.
• Language: Professional proficiency in Thai (for business context) and English (preferred for communication/reporting).
