About the role:
We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage Modern Trade and key accounts in our Retail Sport Fashion business. You will develop sales strategies, maintain strong partner relationships, lead commercial negotiations, and ensure optimal product visibility and inventory across stores. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to drive business growth and support internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Modern Trade and nominated key accounts to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to strengthen business collaboration and drive mutual growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations and establish favorable commercial terms with business partners to maximize company benefits.
- Monitor trade spending and ROI by account, and prepare budget plans for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to quickly identify sales opportunities and recommend both short- and long-term sales strategies.
- Recommend improvements for in-store communications to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage distribution and merchandising of existing and new products, ensuring optimal product visibility and stock availability across all store locations.
- Ensure that all New Product Developments (NPD) and sales promotional programs are thoroughly planned, agreed upon, and executed with partners.
- Conduct monthly sales forecasting and coordinate supply chain management with partners to maintain product availability and inventory levels aligned with market dynamics.
- Perform monthly account profitability analyses for nominated accounts and recommend initiatives for improvement.
- Communicate company policies, product terms, and conditions clearly to nominated accounts.
- Take accountability for other tasks and assignments related to the function as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Modern Trade or Key Account Management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Service-minded, creative, and innovative thinker with enthusiasm, accountability, and the ability to support internal stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
- Positive can-do attitude, open to new challenges, adaptable to dynamic changes, and capable of motivating and driving team commitment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
