About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Specialist to manage the end-to-end flow of goods, from international freight coordination to internal stock control. This role serves as a critical bridge between physical inventory and digital systems, ensuring that every shipment is accurately tracked and all records are fully audit-ready.
Responsibilities:
1. Inbound & Outbound Management
- Freight & Customs Coordination: Liaise directly with freight forwarders to manage import and export documentation and monitor shipment status.
- Inbound Operations: Manage all inbound shipments to the warehouse, including overseas arrivals, Distribution Center (DC) transfers, and store returns.
- Outbound & Delivery Management: Ensure timely delivery of goods to retail stores, wholesale partners, and E-commerce channels.
- Document Verification: Prepare, review, and verify the completeness and accuracy of all inbound and outbound documentation.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Coordinate with warehouse teams and internal departments to resolve delivery issues and data inconsistencies.
2. Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control
- Physical Inventory Verification: Validate product quantity and type by comparing physical stock with supporting documentation.
- Stock Transfer Coordination: Review and monitor stock transfers between warehouses and branches to ensure adherence to planned schedules.
- Inventory Integrity: Lead quarterly stock takes and conduct monthly inventory verification across internal systems and warehouse records.
- Operational Safety & Organization: Oversee warehouse operations to maintain high safety standards and efficient organization across all sales channels.
3. Systems, Documentation & Audit Control
- System Data Management: Accurately record all inbound, outbound, and stock transfer transactions in relevant systems.
- Financial Support: Review and verify warehouse-related expense invoices to ensure financial accuracy.
- Audit Readiness: Maintain systematic filing of logistics documents and prepare summary reports for internal and external audits.
- Data Reconciliation: Ensure data accuracy by reconciling system records with physical inventory and supporting documentation.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics administration, supply chain management, or warehouse operations.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Communication: Strong command of both verbal and written English. Chinese language proficiency will be an advantage.
- Collaboration: Excellent ability to coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Relevant experience will be given special consideration.
