Key Responsibilities
-Lead and execute Thailand's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, user growth, and strengthen BiliBili's market presence in Thailand
-Develop social media and community strategies based on BiliBili's licensed content and target user segments, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and other relevant channels
-Develop and manage KOL initiatives to drive brand awareness and user growth, with the ability to track in-app attribution and evaluate campaign effectiveness
-Lead end-to-end planning and execution of offline events, coordinating closely with regional operation teams to ensure smooth execution and achieve business goals efficiently
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute co-branded campaigns and marketing initiatives
-Monitor campaign performance, user feedback, and market trends, continuously optimizing strategies based on data insights
Requirements
-5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, social media, or growth-related roles
-Strong hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and X accounts; TikTok experience is a plus
-Proven experience leading social media strategies, KOL campaigns, or integrated marketing initiatives
-Strong understanding of the ACG industry and familiarity with major OTT platforms (e.g., Crunchyroll, Netflix, iQIYI, Viu, etc.)
-Strong content sense with a deep understanding of Thailand market trends
-Excellent communication skills; fluent in Thai and proficient in English (both spoken and written)
-Ability to work independently and manage projects in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
