About the role:

We are seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to drive seasonal buying, inventory planning, and product launch execution. This role works closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize product performance, manage stock levels, and support business growth across retail and wholesale channels.

Responsibilities:

• Planning OTB & Budget for Seasonal Buying
• Buying/allocation/replenishment and consolidation plan
• Shipment tracking to ensure product launch on time in all channel
• Creating alignment between all department on new product launch timeline
• Monitor Assortment/Sales/Discount to achieve budget
• Inventory management - reoorder and aging inventory
• Collaborate with marketing and sales team to develop promotionand strategies and campaigns
• Supporting wholesales - provide toolkit, order form, comply order with own channel
• Review Sales & Stock Analysis
• Prepare report - weekly/monthlt/quaterly

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 year of experience in merchandising, buyer, procurement, of related products
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics and fields.
• Good communication, presentation as well as negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
