About the role:
We are seeking a creative Online Brand Marketing & TikTok Specialist to drive our Sport Fashion brand's presence on e-commerce and social media platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
You will manage TikTok content, execute online marketing campaigns, collaborate with KOLs/influencers, and analyze performance data to optimize engagement and growth. This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and teamwork to deliver impactful marketing results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote the company's brand across major online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), increasing brand awareness and influence.
- Have experience in planning brand online activities, with clear promotion strategies for different stages of the product lifecycle; have experience in KOL operations, familiar with KOL communication and negotiation skills, and having a KOL influencer database is a plus.
- Manage the daily operations of the company's TikTok account, including content planning, video production, posting, and data analysis.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to increase user engagement and follower count.
- Analyze market and competitor trends to adjust operational strategies in a timely manner.
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness through data analysis and optimize promotional plans to improve conversion rates.
- Assist the team with other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in online brand marketing, with successful case studies preferred.
- Experience in managing TikTok accounts, with strong content creativity and planning skills.
- Experience in the sports footwear and apparel category is preferred.
- Familiarity with the operational mechanisms and promotional methods of major social media platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills to guide operational strategies through data insights.
- Proficient in English, capable of using it as a working language and handling tasks related to international markets.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration spirit, able to work under pressure.
