About the role:

We are looking for an Retail Inventory Control & Audit to ensure inventory accuracy across retail stores, warehouses, and 3PL operations. In this role, you will be responsible for inventory reconciliation, stock audits, shipment monitoring, and inventory reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams to support efficient inventory operations and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with WH for operations process, shipment tracking, and coordination.
  • Monitor/Support Inventory Flow/Process from Store, Event, and Warehouse.
  • Prepare Inventory Reconciliation materials according to the Stock Take plan.
  • Monitor/Support the accuracy of Inventory Snapshot and Inventory Transactions (against 3PL's records).
  • Cooperate with other departments related to Inventory Control (Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Human Resources).
  • Monitor/Support to ensure the accuracy of inventory movements and related documentation.
  • Support/Provide relevant Inventory Information and reports to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain Inventory Control Tracking & Status (Inventory Transaction Tracker) and ensure timely updates.
  • Respond to Inventory Reconciliation activities remotely and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Immediately take action and coordinate to handle suspicious activities that may lead to company loss.
  • Support Inventory Control policy initiatives with relevant information (e.g. Stock Take results and historical data).
  • Support projects related to Inventory Control & Logistics (e.g. New Store Opening, Business Transition, Data Migration).
  • Support/Provide training materials for PICs on Inventory Control SOPs and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned related to Logistics and Inventory Control.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • High level of computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Responsible, positive attitude, able to work under pressure, and a good team player.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to learn from examples and raw data.
  • Able and willing to travel occasionally when required.
  • Willing to identify, solve, and improve work processes while meeting the company's requirements.
  • Experience in warehouse management and/or retail inventory audit is an advantage.
  • Experience in loss prevention processes and SOP development is an advantage.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is an advantage.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
