About the role:

The Training Supervisor is responsible for delivering training programs that enhance sales standards and strengthen staff capabilities across all channels. The role ensures that employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional customer experiences. This position plays a key role in fostering a learning culture and supporting organizational development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop effective training programs aligned with company requirements, including creating localized content where necessary.
  • Conduct workshops, individual training sessions, and other relevant learning activities.
  • Prepare training materials and resources.
  • Work closely with reginal team of Wilson & Salomon to identify training needs and conduct the annual training needs analysis.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain training records in both hard copy and electronic formats.
  • Prepare the day-to-date training calendar.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion. At times, the nature of your work will involve sensitive matters that must not be discussed inside or outside the office with individuals who are not authorized to access such information. Any breach of this requirement may result in immediate disciplinary action or termination of employment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements:

  • 25 years of experience in Product Training.
  • Strong and effective training and facilitation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail and execution
  • Solid analytical skills to evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
