Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

I. Early-Stage Market Implementation & On-the-Ground Support (Current Priority)**

- Assist in facilitating market entry activities, including Thailand company registration and office setup.

- Liaise with local service providers (e.g., agents, property management, government offices) to provide on-the-ground execution and coordination support.

- Advance daily operational tasks during the market launch phase under the guidance of the Regional Head.

II. Thailand Motorcycle Market & Channel Research**

- Systematically understand the structure of the Thai motorcycle market, including key players, price segments, and the competitive landscape.

- Map out the local dealer network, its regional distribution, and operational models.

- Establish initial contact with potential dealers before product, introducing the company and product information.

- Gather market and channel feedback to provide input for product planning and channel strategy.

III. Channel Development & Future Channel Management (Future Direction)**

- Participate in formulating the channel development strategy for the Thai market.

- Assist in the selection, evaluation, and initial communication with potential dealers.

- Responsible for daily communication, execution, and management of dealers once sales commence.

- Ensure consistency in channel policy, information, and execution.

Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Familiarity with the local Thai motorcycle market is essential.

- Proven work experience with dealers or in channel management.

- Strong local communication and coordination skills (**Thai language is the primary working language).

- High execution capability, able to drive work forward even under ambiguous conditions.

Desired Competencies & Attributes:

- Stable and patient, comfortable with the groundwork phase of early market development.

- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a good sense of compliance and risk awareness.

- Clear communicator, able to provide authentic and timely frontline market feedback.

- Able to embrace a role focused on building and supporting infrastructure initially, rather than chasing short-term sales targets.

Language Skills (Mandatory):

- English can be used as a working language for daily communication and reporting with headquarters and the regional team.

- Thai is the local working language for communicating with dealers and partners.

- Chinese communication skills are a plus (to accelerate coordination with headquarters and product teams).
