【Role Summary】

We are looking for a Tiktok Business Development Leader with exceptional communication skills and deep local networks in Thailand. You will lead the local team to develop and maintain strategic business partnerships, driving Puainta's growth and influence in the pet care and veterinary pharmacy market.

【Key Responsibilities】

Key Channel Management: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with local Thai online platforms (e.g., TikTok and KOLs/KOCs.) Lead business negotiations, contract signings, influencer outreach, and ongoing relationship management.

Team Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor the local BD team, set clear KPIs, and track execution progress to enhance the team's overall business performance.

Cross-border Communication: Maintain highly efficient coordination with the Global Headquarters (China) to translate brand strategies into localized actions for the Thai market.

Network Integration: Leverage existing industry resources and networks to rapidly open up distribution channels and ensure sustainable business growth.

【Qualifications】

Language Skills: Native-level Thai and professional proficiency in English (required for daily communication with the international team).

Experience: Minimum 2 years of BD experience, including at least 1 year of management experience.

Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex business relationships.
