Create platform-exclusive offer/promotion to drive traffic and conversion.
Manage multiples stakeholders both internal and external partners to ensure alignment and optimize performance on this platform.
Lead a High-Performing Team of 3 (2 content creators, 1 content editor), mentoring and guiding them toward creative excellence and operational efficiency.

Experienced Professional 35 years in E-Commerce or Social Commerce Strategy & Planning. Direct TikTok experience is a significant plus.
Language Skills intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
